About Us

Your Mould Remediation Specialists

Mould is a moisture problem before it is a cleaning problem. Wiping a wall with bleach might make the stain fade for a few weeks, but the roots stay in the material and the damp that fed them is still there.

Our technicians start with a proper mould inspection: thermal imaging and moisture mapping to trace the leak, condensation or ventilation fault behind the growth. We then contain the area, carry out professional mould removal and remediation with HEPA equipment, dry the structure and verify the result.

Mould Professionals Australia is part of the AllAces Cleaning & Restoration group, giving you specialist mould expertise backed by a national restoration team.

What Our Customers Say

“Absolutely amazing service, not only were they so effective about removing our black mould – as you can see in the photos. It was absolutely everywhere in a house we just bought, they were also really tidy and left the place much cleaner than we presented it to them. They were also really friendly and knowledgeable and had a genuine interest in solving our problem. Will hopefully not need to use them again but if we do, we would be happy to use their services.”

From Our Experts

Is Mould in Your Property Making You Sick?

Mould releases spores and fragments into the air you breathe. For many people that means a blocked nose, itchy eyes, coughing or headaches, and it can be harder on young children, older people and anyone with asthma, allergies or a weakened immune system.

Most indoor mould comes back to moisture: a slow plumbing leak, a failed shower seal, roof or window leaks, condensation from poor ventilation, or water left behind after a flood. Scrubbing with bleach often breaks up the colony and pushes spores further around the room, while the dampness underneath stays put. That is why lasting black mould removal starts with a mould inspection, not a spray bottle.

Spotted mould? Here is what to do first: leave it undisturbed, shut the door to that room and switch off any fans or air conditioning that could carry spores through the house. Then call a specialist.

How We Work

Containment & Safety on Every Job

Disturbing mould releases spores into the air. We set up every job to keep them contained, protect the rest of your property, and keep your household and our technicians safe.

Sealed Containment

We seal off the work area with plastic sheeting barriers so spores don't spread to clean rooms.

Negative Air Pressure

Negative air machines keep air flowing into the work area, not out of it, so spores stay inside the containment.

HEPA Filtration & Vacuuming

HEPA air filtration captures airborne spores during the job, and HEPA vacuuming picks up fine dust and residue from surfaces.

Full PPE for Technicians

Our technicians wear respirators, coveralls and gloves on every job to protect themselves and avoid cross-contamination.

Safe Removal & Disposal

Mould-damaged materials that can't be saved are bagged and sealed inside the containment, then removed and disposed of safely.

Clean-Down & Clearance Checks

We clean down the area and check it before we hand back the space, so you know the job is finished properly.

FAQs

Mould Removal FAQs

Removal means taking away visible growth. Remediation is the full process: finding the moisture cause, containing the area, removing affected material, drying the structure and verifying the result, so the problem is actually resolved.

Mould needs moisture. Common causes include plumbing and roof leaks, condensation from poor ventilation, rising damp, failed shower or window seals, and water damage after storms or flooding.

Black mould, like other indoor moulds, can trigger allergy-type symptoms and breathing irritation, especially for people with asthma or a weaker immune system. It should be treated promptly by trained technicians.

Small surface spots on hard, non-porous surfaces may wipe off, but bleach does not penetrate porous materials and scrubbing can spread spores. If mould keeps returning or covers a large area, book a professional mould inspection.

Many residential jobs take one to three days, depending on the size of the affected area, the materials involved and how long drying takes. We confirm timing after the inspection.

Not always. Affected areas are contained to keep spores from spreading. For larger jobs, or where vulnerable people live in the home, we may recommend staying elsewhere for part of the work.

Mould returns when the moisture source is ignored. Fixing or advising on the leak, condensation or ventilation problem is part of our process, which greatly reduces the chance of regrowth.

It depends on your policy and the cause. Sudden water damage is often covered, while gradual leaks or condensation may not be. We provide documentation to support your claim.

Responsibility usually depends on the cause. Landlords are generally responsible for structural leaks and building defects, while tenants may be asked to manage ventilation and day-to-day condensation. Check your state’s tenancy rules.

The cost of mould removal depends on a few factors, including the size of the affected area, the underlying cause, how accessible it is and the materials involved. That’s why we always start with an inspection, then provide a clear written quote so you know exactly what to expect. Book an inspection to get started.
